Re: Can I salt water flush before my colonic?

Like I said a SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) should be done on empty bowels, not as a laxative if you are blocked up. Although, I just read the following on a site which stated:

A flush will not work properly if performed too soon after your last meal. Wait at least eight hours.

Salt water pushes through in an hour or two, you don't want anything blocking that path. Just an opinion, I'm no expert. Get a lax tea, like smoothe move and drink that the night before. In the morning drink a lot of water. That should work. Or use the ES doses used for the Liver Flush. Only after you've had the laxative elinination should you use the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) follow-up.
