Wombat... Help me Categorize

I started reserching bacteria...what it causes (illness/symptoms), natural remedies (Iodine, Garlic, Wild Oregano, etc.).

Just my thought process, but I was breaking "parasites" down into categories Bacteria, Virus, chemical (bromides/flourides/iodine), metal, and worms.

Last night after reading some more stuff, I thought about isolating the active ingredients in the natural remedies, and then seeing if I could cross reference to what they might kill on the bad guy side (regression analysis, and chi-square).

The Toxin profile sounds good. I assume being fat soluable would indicate a "transportation" mode for removal...maybe the mode the active ingrediets make their way into the "parasites"???? Outside of fat soluable, would there be other attributes?

I know, I'm probably crazier than a Bed Bug and way off base, but this stuff is interesting.
