I have an on going headache, sore throat, and cough. This all started when I started parasite cleansing. When a I take a parasite dose the symptoms get worse. So I view these as detox symptoms. When I liver cleanse I don't notice the symptoms. The second week I was parasite cleansing I had some bad detox things going on. Wild dreams, mood swings, weird thoughts. At that time I had backed off on the colon. I assume the buildup from the toxins caused the craziness.

When I drink a lot of water, I get a lot of frequent urination. However, I feel like I'm only pissing out about 1/4 what I take in. What I do now is spread the water over the entire day.

I hate to say this, but when I don't eat healthy I don't feel well. I had a ham sandwich with Mayo for lunch today. Now I feel like crap.

So, are you also parasite cleansing?
Are you having regular or more BM's each day?
What is your diet?
How much water are you drinking?

If you have toxins, make sure your colon is clean.

You may want to try Oil Pulling also. It can get some of that stuff out of your blood stream if the other organs can't right now.
