oilpulling for bromide headache?

I had a headache today from taking a extra large dose of iodine, so I decided to oilpull to see if that would help. It did. No more headache. My thinking is that the extra Iodine released to much toxins (Bromide) and the oilpulling helped clean them up. I normally use Sea Salt pushes to rid bromide, but thought I would experiment today with oilpulling. Tweet
