Phenomenon of negativity

I want to share with you all something that occurred to me t'day.

I'd had a verrrrrrrrrrryyyyyyyyy rough weekend. I couldn't shake off the pessimism/negativity. It was as though something/someone had attached itself to me at some vulnerable moment and simply would not let loose.

I'm attending this program at a nearby church entitled DivorceCare. At this group, we all got to share our various stories and when it came to me...well...suffice it to say, lots came out.

Well, the darkness lifted somewhat miraculously this A.M. I assure you, it was not due to any herculean resolve by me. Something lifted me. I'm considering that perhaps someone of Light was praying/loving me and sending me Light - in their own way - and it worked because they BELIEVED that by doing so, my frequency would increase.

Whether it was an angel (my own Inner Being) or any one of the members of the group of lovely women I was with at the meeting, it resulted in a PROFOUND shifting of frequency for me. It truly reminded me how much we all can help each other on this Path toward our own Self-realization. This is what friendship is, and I adore it.
