The problem with email as a media for communications is the lack of non-verbal queues. I never know where someone is mentally, and I can sometimes be merrily going along without realizing that I've hit a raw nerve ending that is sending him or her over the brink. I know, crazy. Why should I even care? I don't know, but it does. So..... Lets just say, I don't want to p*ss off Mother Nature. I've been through a Hurricane in the middle of the Atlantic, and don't want to do it again.

By the way, can I get an early spring? I'm dying to get outside and start gardening.

I'm in the same boat with you. Meditating is not something I'm built to do. Maybe I have ADHD or something. That is why I ware the headsets at night before going to bed. One I particularly like is by Melissa Rose at hypnoforu@aol.com on Overcoming Obstacles. I wish she would do some others, but that one is very relaxing, and puts me to sleep.

I saw Sister Sarah's post and started to work on it. I can't remember, I think I posted my response before the other "big" dream. I usually try to concentrate on one thing at a time. Interesting you thought the epistles were more in line. What I have been doing is taking all the words/symbols, pulling the descriptions from various Dream Dictionaries and line them up in sequence as they are portrayed in the dream. I suppose as long as I concentrate on the symbols I'm OK. When I start extrapolating from my experiences things start getting out of killdeer I suppose. The one short one really didn't have a lot of symbols, so I tried to figure out what was going on from my past experiences.

It's not that I don't find you interesting in an attractive sort of way, but believe it or not, I do have a real life. However, I live near Washington, DC and Baltimore, Maryland. Would dinner one night be a good ego booster?

The only back posts I read are the R, RR, RRR, and RN's on the Parasite, Iodine, and Micro Biology Forums. On those forums there are certain individuals that I will specifically read. But no, I have not read through your old posts. I think I responded on the thread where your dream was posted, that I was having a problem rectifying the color Gold in your dream. Here is the Dream Dictionary description for the color Gold.

Gold
To find gold in your dream, signifies that your superior abilities will place you easily ahead of others. To see bars of gold and gold jewelry in your dream, signifies your carelessness with the spending of your money. To see golden tableware and flatware, denotes financial gain and stability. So… you didn't find any Gold, so I eliminated that. You didn't see "bars of gold and gold jewelry" in your dream, so I eliminated that. You didn't see " golden tableware and flatware" in your dream, so I eliminated that. The only thing that was left was:

"For a pregnant woman, to dream of gold, foretells that your expected child will be a girl."

So I went with that as a basis. I almost didn't respond to that part of the dream, and was just going to address the first part. However, curiosity got the better of me.

What I find interesting is how there can be a shared experience of dream symbols. I view dreams as the subconscious trying to communicate to the conscious. However, it appears every human being has this shared dream symbol dictionary. It's almost as if it's a basic DNA structure formulated at the dawn of time in the primordial ooze. I think this is what I find the most intriguing. Who knows, maybe it's missing formula that would rectify the theories between Quantum Mechanics and Relativity Theory.
