OH BOY ... raising the animals, then eating them.  I don't think I could have ever done that.  I bond with animals on a serious level, like they are my babies.

Sorry, Arnold, but I have NO interest in Lugol's or the protocols and very little understanding of the process.  I read enough to KNOW that I need iodine and asked MH to make us some plant iodine which he has done.  I AM taking that.  I take it just like I do any other herb.
