I'll definitely take your thoughts on eating habits under serious advisement. I've actually made some pretty dramatic changes in the past six weeks, but the call of the wild overcomes me every once in a while.
However, that may be easier said than done. I raise beef cattle and chickens as a hobby. They are kind of near and dear to my heart. I always take a family portrait, before taking one in. I've thought about framing the picture, and placing it on the dinner table whenever we have Wilber, Elsie, or Gertrude. On the other hand, Henrietta has been a pretty good layer, so I would hate to hurt her feelings by not eating her eggs :-).
Did you get everything taken care of on your new system? I don't know if you saw my earler post in regards to the transfer of your libraries over to your new system. If you're using a diskette, the copy may be ending in error, because there is not enough space. That would explain why some directories/libraries are making it over, and others are not. You may want to try a flash drive (4 GB or larger) if that is the case. After, you can use it as a backup device.
I had not thought about the detoxing contributing to the acidity. That's good to know. I'm going to back off a little on everything to try and get a good reading of where the natural ebb and flow of my body is. If anything else, I want to get an accurate read from the heavy metals test.
Yes, there was twice the amount of water. I took my usual 96 oz (1/2 body weight in oz), plus I did another 96 oz just to keep hydrated. During my first flush I had drank 128 oz, and was still dehydrated, but I did stop taking water after I took the first ES. So, I need to play around with this a little. There may have been other factors associated with the dehydration
The Vitamins and Minerals were/are in support of Iodine Therapy. Below is a rough draft of what I'm putting together for myself on the iodine protocol. I need to go back through and get some more information.
Companion Nutrients
The Iodine Protocol also seems to address the heavy metal's issue. That is, cells contain excess Bromide and Fluoride, because of a lack of iodine. Heavy Metals accumulate due to a lack of minerals. So to get everything back in balance one must detox everything, get in synch, and then do a maintenance program. So this is my understanding of companion nutrients, and what they do.

The Thyroid needs Selenium, Zinc, Magnesium, Chromium, and Iodine to function properly.
Iron deficiency reduces iodine therapy.

I need to do the calculation of PPM. I also want to find out what this bacteria does, causes, symptoms.
Dosage
Research appears to indicate that 12.5 to 50 mg maintains an appropriate iodine level. To measure, 1 vertical drop = 6.25 mg. 1 horizontal drop = 12.5 mg. To achieve detox levels, increase dosage until detox symptoms appear. If symptoms are severe, back the dosage down, and then gradually increase. Some people are taking in excess of 100 mg. The detox period lasts for three months or more.
