Im going to get my teeth fillings replaced soon.
In the mean time I have found that water only fasting definitely Helps.
After 3 days the head clears.

I have 14 large fillings and 2 gold crowns - When I open my mouth it is hard to see any white tooth, its mostly metal!!
My health had improved slightly before Christmas then I visited the dentist and asked her specifically not to place any more Amalgam in my mouth and she went ahead and gave me an enormous filling that she said would need to be replaced with a crown at some stage
Since then I really have noticed a worsening of my health and the metallic taste in the mouth is so obvious now with the fresh amalgam

Prices are way to high for replacements I agree -
