some people were using that route as a means of attacking our forum without us being able to hide the attacks. the list of crosspost enabled forums is much smaller now due to this. its not just this forum.

as to your question - neither. a cold is the cure, not the disease. the disease is mucus build up from bad diet and poor circulation/elimination. the cure is to fast, expell the mucus and change lifestyle.
