I got mine too, but I went with the used model for now due to money constraints.

~~~ it works well at least at the moment!

I use an excersize mat and can fold it to change the height to meet the right level for the neck.

I just started and have never had one before, so I will have to report back once I have regular use under my belt!

When I finish the leg session I definately feel the Chi!
