I can't believe I have had no trouble with TMJ still!!some mild crunching sounds but no pain and stiffness. I can actually open my big mouth now all the way.
I have heard a lot of wild ass theories regarding my TMJ from spinal fluid blockage from a misaligned spine, I tried adjustments the only thing that made it go away was acupuncture right into the joint, but it came back a few years later. I hope this does the trick...along with all the other things I am doing!

This is a reply to # 108,914that is amazing. my mother had a couple of operations for tmj. the doctors did much more damage than they ever fixed. hopefully this will continue and you can pass the word along to others with tmj problems. wouldnt that be something!- Re: tmj hanna

It just arrived. I looked at the pictures and there are several massage things and you can indeed do the neck. I just unpacked it, but the problem I can see I need the right height to get the neck even with the machine.
I am cleaning up from being away for 3 months, but I can hardly wait to play with it.
I might need it I can feel my upper back is getting stiff.

I got mine too, but I went with the used model for now due to money constraints.
~~~ it works well at least at the moment!
I use an excersize mat and can fold it to change the height to meet the right level for the neck.
I just started and have never had one before, so I will have to report back once I have regular use under my belt!
When I finish the leg session I definately feel the Chi!
