"What do you think about cerviche which is cooked using lemon?? Is the lemon juice effective in killing parasites?"

Many of us have been told that this, but I did read somewhere that it wasn't effective. The lemon juice "cooks" the meat but I don't think it works on parasite or eggs. Apxr took sometime on giving instructions on an extended post for ACV and meats - have you read this post? It is different than the one that he provided on the P Forum.
