Re: sushi & cerviche

Would you happen to have the link to the post
you made showing the eggs Rabbit? My friends
prefer not to believe me but after all the
work to rid ourselves of parasites and flukes
it IS too much of a risk. I had to admit to
myself after liver flushing and seeing so much
red, tomato-y skin signs of flukes that I was
at risk. My major risk factor was the sushi
and raw tuna. I had a salmon fillet last night
I cooked the heck out of before eating. What
do you think about cerviche which is cooked
using lemon?? Is the lemon juice effective
in killing parasites?

Anyway, if you are able to point a direction
to your post link, I am working on my daughter
to give up sushi and I am sure a visual would
help her see that what she cannot see could
hurt her...
