I have that too if I eat the wrong food for my body type. Started first eating according to my Ayurveda bodytype and do food combining. No protein with carbohydrates, only with veggies. And carbohydrates only with veggies. Did a lot of cleanses, especially the liverflush which makes me feel better.
After 4 years I found out that my body does not like grains and too much fruit.
I am back to eating meat and cut out almost all grains and limit myself to 1 fruit a day. This has helped a lot.
We just had company for few days and I started fading again from eating the wrong food.
So now I am back to my regular routine.
BTW I order my meat from the internet, since I only eat hormone free and grass-fed
and grass-finished beef etc.
