Re: Oregano Oil

I have been lurking at this website for a good while now and I must say that the things I have learned are incredible.

I started oil pulling the first day that I read this forum and am amazed!

Yesterday I put a drop of oil of oregano in with my pulling oil and this is what happened to me: no burning, pleasant taste but within 2 minutes my sinuses started pouring. I had to spit it out, take a break for about 10 minutes and do it again. I could pull longer on the second pull but not the whole 20 minutes. I think I could do about 5 minutes that time. The oil became really watery and filled my mouth. The same thing happened this morning. But, I feel great this morning! I got my daughter to her bus, stopped for yogurt and still made it to work 1/2 hr. early. Ask my boss, that's saying a lot! LOL.
