That is very disturbing to hear about, and as a Canadian [an average white guy] I am very sorry you have received such treatment here in Canada.

One thing to keep in mind is that racists are generally less educated and of lower intelligence. Also, that these people have nothing better to do with their time and energy than to monitor your movements inside your own house tells us that they are truly losers and fools.

The concept of infinite compassion is about understanding that people who hurt other people are themselves hurt or emotionally damaged. This does not lessen the suffering you have to endure from them, but it does allow you to see it as a symptom of a disease.

It may surprise you to know that as a white male, I also receive hatreds from damaged women, from minorities who have been abused, and so on. Please do not allow yourself to become one of them - know that there are many good people who wil support and help you, even if they are white and 2nd+ generation Canadians. My dad was an immigrant...

Also, with situations that are often "not believed", like seeing through walls and so on, I have been denied my pains of Fibromyalgia, and so I know what it is like to not be believed when it really is true. Just keep your cool and be un-emotional when talking to people about it and that will help you to be believed when talking to police and lawyers and councellors and so on. There are agencies that will take your complaints and try to help you, if you are not getting help from police [and who might be doing the harassment themselves] - have you talked to any human rights agencies, or immigration department about it?

I guess this doesn't help your situation much. Just know that I understand and sympathize.

Good luck, hold your ground, and see your persecutors for the wounded little minds that they are.
