Linolenic Acid vasodilator, cell constituent

http://www.supplementnews.org/gamma-linolenic-acid/

The above link gives an overview of Linolenic Acid, found in Sunflower and Safflower oil, including the notice they are to be avoided before surgery or dental work as reducing clotting. Borage Seed oil is extremely rich in Linolenic Acid and is a powerful vasodilator some diabetics I counseled have used topically. Borage Seed oil rubbed on the skin is used to to open up vascular circulation, noting it throws off toxins once trapped in constricted capillaries. This vasodilation can lead to a temporary rash as toxins are dramatically cleared. And this is why Borage Seed oil taken internally can cause a toxic overload as capillaries throughout one's system dump trash into the system--be careful to start slow externally, then internally. Sunflower and Safflower would be less dramatic but effective. So capillaries open up and toxins are thrown off as cellular integrity is nourished.
