Glad you saw the humor. If you're doing Physical and Spiritual Cleanses I'm sure whatever you want will fall into place. If you do achieve "hotness", please let me know, I want that formula.

I agree, this can be pretty overwhelming. What I've found helpful is a personal log. I need to add links to the posts that I used/read to my log.

DAY * TIME * WHAT I DID * DOSAGE * RESULTS * LINKS

Before I start, I put together a plan that includes the recipes/formula's/doses. This includes expected results. That way I can compare actual results. If something doesn't happen, or something unexpected happens, I can research that, and formulate a new plan of attack.

For me it's been an interesting six weeks. I started out wanting to achieve one thing, and am now exploring other venues.

Good Luck. I saw your post on bloodroot on the parasite Forum. I've been following Glaxony's posts with interest also. Her Lucy Lawless approach to killing parasites is interesting, but she is pretty sharp when it comes herbs.
