Ya I wasnt trying to discourage anyone from OP; I just wanted to throw my 2 cents out there. Different things might work for different people also.
I was at my local YMCA the other-day and I tried a the sauna there (first time I had ever been in a sauna). I 'thought' I could feel a difference in my breathing afterward (breathing difficulties). So I'm going to try using a sauna a few times a week see how that helps.
