Re: MMS is definitely antibiotic

Circadian cycle, ahh... that's what it is called. Thank you.
My cave is completely blacked out and sound proofed. No electronics, besides a fan for white noise. Then there is always my handy eyemask and ear plugs.

"Are you still working the night shift? It is no wonder your circadian cycle is screwed up"

Yes, and often straight through. So yes, I do often mess with my circadian cycle.

Graveyard is especially a drag when I have to do DMV like stuff or have to look and talk well during the day. It is Vegas. Most day people here know at least one or two graveyarders.

I use melatonin to fix me if my sleeping schedule switches axis and rolls over. Its usually an instant fix.

If you were an older women I would suggest progesterone and or estrogen bioidentical hormones.

Men need bioidentical hormones too. Not in the same amount as women and usually later then women

I had a long stretch there that I too was waking up after only 5 hours and not being able to sleep. Bioidentical hormones put me in control of that problem. I cannot imagine not replenishing my hormones.
