What about pregnant women with acne?? Before I got pregnant my Acne was only on my chin but now I'm breaking out everywhere....even on my chest. Obviously I cant cleanse at this point in time so I'm trying to figure out what I can do to help my skin. I use all natural products on my face s well. Burt bees cleanseer and toner... organic vco as my moisturizer.

Any suggestions??
