Re: Do you get die off from using castor oil packs only?

How do you keep the castor oil off of the bedding?  I do the packs but it is such a mess to deal with and so time consuming that I let too much time lapse between the packs.  Am looking for another way to use it and what you post sounds great - but, how do you keep it contained?
