I am curious if anyone knows anything about this. I know the first time
I used them I felt like a cold was coming on but it wasnt. I felt alot of symptons but I didnt think it was die off but rather cleansing out toxins etc.
I honestly dont know alot about die off, isnt that with parasites? Any info
is appreciated!

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,082,758I don't think you get die off from using the packs...but the packs are definetly helpful when I have the parasite die off. I always know I'm killing something when my abdomen gets tight, much like a contraction- and the castor oil packs are a big help.

Hmm I get that same sensation and I just use the packs and do the Liver Flushes but not every 2 weeks, I go longer than that to recoup. I havent done any parasite cleansing yet, I have to admit I am nervous about trying anything I have read so far. I do admit it has done wonders for many people here, I am not doubting the outcome, I am nervous about living thru it lol- Re: Do you get die off from using ca... livingwaters

This is a reply to # 1,083,656I dont even use the packs I just rub the castor oil on over my abodomen and on the lymph glands in my groin area overnight and the next day some big bowel movements - works for me especially good if I'm having problems with the bowel movements. Mind you I use it with UT as well so that may make it more effective.

How do you keep the castor oil off of the bedding? I do the packs but it is such a mess to deal with and so time consuming that I let too much time lapse between the packs. Am looking for another way to use it and what you post sounds great - but, how do you keep it contained?

thing. I roll and move around alot, wouldnt want to oil on my mattress
or sheets. The only thing I could think of was to actually wrap saran
wrap around the whole thing, not sure how good that would be for all
night though. I will be interested to see the answer as well:-)

I wonder if maybe after putting it on, maybe wear an old t-shirt or something and maybe lie on an old towel? I toss and turn quite a bit also, so it sounds like the most effective way to keep from staining the bed sheets and blankets.
I have wanted to do a hot castor oil pack for a while, yet in this time, it is too much to do. This just applying and then going to bed, sounds great!

This is a reply to # 1,088,821I have navy blue sheets so it doesn't seem to be too much of a problem, I also wear old clothes or sleep naked but it does get on the sheets a bit the color helps hide it tho
I never really use the packs - quite often I'll just put it on my upper body before I goto bed - mebbe an hour or two before - that way it has a chance to soak in a bit and I don't lose too much on the sheets- Re: Do you get die off from using ca... Joining Hands
