Warning:  milk thistle HURT ME when I had alot of congestion.  I'm taking it now for detoxing the liver cells and healing and it's working fine ... put that part on hold.

Get the colon cleanser, take it for 5-7 days if you're going to wait.  What I did was eat fruitarian for 2 days before my first flush to get my bowels flowing, this worked and didn't creat any problems.

The attacks that hurt around your heart can be very scary.

If you feel that you're in an emergency situation, I'd order my colon, kidney and parasite cleansers, go buy 2 days worth of fruit meals and get on with flushing.

Dr Christopher's liver/gallbladder balance helps feed the liver.  Liquid lecithin proved to be a good thang for me ...
