bowel cleansing/killing parasites/liver flushes
Sorry about not seeing your post sooner Tek, they've been going to my bulk mail.
Yes, I do liver flushes--but I don't do the
Hulda Clark one now. I did them before I knew to
parasite cleanse, and did ok for a time or two...and I can tell you from experience that
Hulda Clark is right in
parasite cleansing for 3 weeks before liver flushing. Dr. Sutter says at least 2 week sof
parasite cleansing before flushing. I got SO sick in the middle of the night, not once but twice. On the bathroom floor, running at both ends sick. It was enough to scare my husband off from ever trying a liver flush.
However, once Dr. Sutter told me that he was sure my congested liver problems were from parasites, and most likely flukes..and I started seeing them the day after starting the herbs- THEN I got the courage up to do flushes again- but I couldn't do it without the coke in the oil/lemon mixture, I know that for sure.
I combine
The Clark Flush with the Coke flush, and it works well for me. I take the apple cider with 90 drops of phos drops for 3 days- or I just realized how effective the apple cider vinegar is for the malic acid to soften the stones too--but Dr. Sutter will tell you to don't do the flush without the phos drops.
The
Epsom Salts don't bother me, alot of people can't get them down- but I do the 2 doses, one 4 hours before the flush, and one 2 hours before the flush. (I take 1 TB of ES to a 1/2 pint)- it's easier to take when it's stirred into apple juice too.
I've been able to sleep all night without ever being nauseous, or getting sick with the coke in the mixture. I do 2 more doses of E.S in the morning, one when I get up, and another one 2 hours later. I've gotten an amazing amount of stones out- larger ones, smaller ones, soft green, hard green, big brown clay stones, tan colored clay stones.
parasites and stones go hand in hand, and I'm sure what Dr. Sutter has told me is true- if you are still flushing green stones, it's an indicator that there are still parasites.
Hulda Clark says you can't clean your liver if there are live
parasites living in it. And, I've found in my own experience that not just flukes live in the liver. Once I started getting a good kill on the flukes- and I had a lot of them, and all sizes and stages--THEN I started seeing the other worms. I believe what I've read about them living in "layers".
The other thing that has been interesting...after I've liver flushed- then I hit it hard with the herbal dewormers, and have gotten more things killed. I'm sure, again, that Dr. Sutter is right when he says eggs hide behind the stones, so moving the stones exposes the eggs--and the worms.
It's a process, and not a fast one, it takes patience and perserverance--the thing that I JUST found that killed one in my liver just last night (again just after liver flushing) was that I couldn't afford the $169 for the zapper...but I just got the Hulda Clark book,
The Cure For All Diseases (which I'd recommend to anyone doing this stuff), and in it was a simple zapper. Because the grandkids had been at my house, in bed, sick with the flu- when I started feeling a headache and felt the flu coming on, my husband went and bought a 9 volt battery, and as simple as it sounds- and as cheap as it sounds---IT WORKS! Not only did my headache go away, but I know that's why I got the worm last night (round worm/ascarid). When I started doing the tapping, I could feel it in the exact 2 places I know the
parasites have set their apartments up in! I could feel it working!
Plus that, I did the herbal dewormers the Dr. has me on, and the chinese
Wormwood oil drops in a capsule.
The OTHER things that work, and are cheap..is that I found the Elecampane is supposed to kill roundworms- and I started taking a bunch of it...AND, when I felt them moving in my liver in the middle of the night, I took a swig of castor oil that I have sitting by my bed for the castor oil packs (which also help alot). The worms quit moving instantly!
It definitely makes the bowels move easily...I had to go first thing when I woke up- not diarrhea, but definetly very loose. Not just once, 4-5 visits--and I started seeing the worm remnants of what I had killed- the dark brown mucous, and the brown "skins".
I also did a coffee enema, which I'm a big believer in- and I didn't see much more until I retained the coffee for 15 minutes, and THEN started seeing a bunch more of what I had killed, and I'm sure it came from the liver.
I just got my COQ10 and L-Cysteine today- and L-Ornithine, which I haven't tried but I'm going to see if it really does help with being able to sleep better because of getting rid of the ammonia from killing the worms. I'm waiting on the lightly ozonated oil to get here.
Oh yeh, I just got more coconut oil, and I had taken a TB of it before I went to bed too. It's also helped me before in killing stuff, and I had ran out.
And, yes, the Alt. Med Dr. has had me taking bowel cleansing herbals since Aug- he's also got a degree in Chinese Med, and cleaning the bowel is #1, and is definetly important in killing parasites and liver flushing. Yes, I have passed mucoid. Okra Pepsin from Standard Process is one that he's had me on since August, and he says it helps to loosen the mucoid plaque, along with healing the intestines.
Taking oils does make a difference- you hear all the time to take the Omega 3's, but taking the coconut oil, or getting a couple of TB of olive oil or another good type of oil really does help the bowel too. It's unfortunate that we have always had the idea that ALL oils are to be cut out of our diet because of high fat content. Just yesterday, I was shopping with my 76 year old dad, and he's been working at getting his "sluggish" bowels working good for several months now. He really had a hard time when he quit the one capsule of cascara at night because he was afraid of getting dependant on it. He decided he'd rather take it than be plugged up again. He's been bad enough that he's had to call the ambulance for himself with an impacted bowel- (lives alone). So, he's back on the nightly cascara- and we bought him prune juice, and apple juice, and he takes Citrucel, he didn't like the psyllium.
He actually has a good diet, eats alot of salads and vegetables, and makes himself beans all the time.
He decided he didn't like the taste of the extra virgin olive oil, and I use sesame oil for my liver flushes, and salads, and like it. I handed him a bottle off of the shelf for him to put in his cart and he said "It's got a lot of fat in it!"..I HAD to crack up! :) But, that's the unfortunate thing, that's how we've been taught through the years- don't eat fat, fat is bad for you, cut out the oils etc.
I told him to start putting a TB in his beans, and on his salads, and to be sure to be getting some every day. I told him I was going to get him coconut oil the next time we get to a health food store, we don't have it available at our grocery store and I've asked them to order it in and they've never gotten it.
So, that's a LONG story about things that I've found from my own experience have been important in killing parasites/cleaning the liver--and #1 cleaning the bowel.
I haven't tried the salt water flush yet though, glad to know it's something others recommend too!
