I agree with you on the cayenne pepper. It had very positive results with me as well. One of my favorite foods now (to replace potatoes and french fries) is sweet potato slices brushed with olive oil and cayenne pepper, baked in the oven. Mmmmmmmm

At first, I do have to admit, it was very difficult to not eat bread, milk, cheese, chocolate, etc ... but it was worth it. Now that it is under control, I have low fat cheese, flax bread (as mentioned before), etc ... and balance it with salmon, cayenne, etc ...
