Hi,
Thought I'd give an update since it's been about four weeks.
I started this after OPing, after starting into a H. Clark Parasite cleanse. Of all the stuff I was considering doing, this seemed like the least intrusive. Overall I'm very pleased and surprised by the results. There have been a few chuckholes, but nothing I could say are the results of OPing.
The results are my overall dental hygiene has improved considerably. I thought I had good teeth to begin with, but they are great now. My gums are pinker and firmer. I think my teeth are whiter.
Before I started OPing my teeth were sensitive, and I had pain in two filling areas. With a few short-term instances these have disappeared, and I will describe those below. About 14 days into it I noticed my gums had pulled away. I assume as my gums got healthier, the slight inflammation left, leaving healthy gums. The results appeared to be gum recession, but have not changed since then. I didn't think I was this vain, but wrinkles around my eyes have been disappearing, and my double chin has been firming up. This may also be related to some of the other things I'm doing, but I think my skin has a better hue to it. I'm hoping to win the New Born Baby's Rear End award.
What I have discovered is I have one filling that is leaking. A few years ago a filling came out. I've always suspected the dentist did a bad job. There had been pain in that area for a considerable amount of time. In addition, I had to use hydrogen peroxide on a weekly basis to clean my ears out. Since I started OPing there is no longer pain, but now I have to clean my ears on a daily basis. So I'm reading the CZ to decide what to do there.
I OPed on Olive Oil the first day.
I OPed on Flaxseed Oil the second day.
I've OPed on Sesame Oil until 3 days ago when I switched to coconut oil.
I am going to switch back to sesame oil. The taste of coconut oil is great, but my teeth are getting sensitive. I don't know if it is the oil, or the weekly parasite maintenance. There are times they seem to be getting sensitive, but I cut back on the minutes I OP. Really can't say it is the oil. I'm introducing so many things (colon cleanse, parasite cleanse, liver flushes, kidney cleanse, diet) that it's hard to determine cause and effect. When I say sensitive, it's the way my teeth get when I eat raw vegetables for a week or more, which I've been doing a lot recently.
There was also a 6-hour period when I was prepping for a liver flush that one of my molars with a filling became very painful. I believe that had more to do with the other stuff I was doing.
What I can say is my mouth has never felt this clean even after the first day I tried it. The only thing I can say is work your way into it to find out what your body likes. If it's 30 minutes and flaxseed oil...... you go for it. If not start out at 5-10 minutes.
If you have any questions, Laura (Sandburg) has been great. She is still probably laughing about my questions on how much hydraulic pressure you needed to squirt the oil between your teeth (you don't need any).
If you have not tried it, I think you will be pleasantly surprised. It's amazing that something so simple can produce such astonishing results.
