I like this program the best! Can you tell me more about it? Is this all the info & directions you received about this type of flush?

Were there not any egg yolks included in the flush diet? No cholesterol at all? & the stones still came out? How many days does this take? I'm going to do this. How many days do you have to wait between flushes?
