i am looking to see if there is any type of diet that can help.
at the moment asprin has been the only thing that has taken some of the pain away.
my biggest problem has been exercise. i am overweight and i am used to doing alot of exercise but i have found the more that i have done the worse the pain has got. plus i havent lost any weight. i have tried speed walking, cycling and my exercise bike but all of these have made the pain worse.
