I've had similiar symptoms in the past but not that bad. First I believe you are low on vitamin D and that your bones are loosing calcium which affects your whole body having too much calcium running around. So do a little sun bathing (sit still in the sun and let your body absorb it) or take vitamin D supplements like cod liver oil. Also your probably low on manganese and magnesium so I suggest first trying some manganese supplements, 10mg/day/at night/with a meal. Also stay away from dairy products, contain a lot of calcium and is tough on your digestive system. Raw green vegetables will help you a lot. And get some fresh air.
