Hi Scott, Yes I taken 1 tsp flax and 1 T sesame cold pressed. I have taken them for awhile. I took flax for years. I have several Dr RXed supplements which I have taken for about 30 years, Melatonin, DHEA, Triest, progestrone, natural thyroid, Carlsons lemon Cod liver oil and other fish oils. I feel these supplements have helped to protect me from many of the effects of MS.
