I was wondering about safflower too. I think it would be okay, although that's not what they recommend on the sites. It contains Linoleic Acid, which is good for you. (Don't know what that would have to do with Oil Pulling though!)
Great! I just went to the health food store today to pick up some stuff and came back and read here about Oil Pulling, but I have no oil!
It sounds good, I want to start right away, will have to go back tomorrow to buy some!
