That was what caught my attention when someone posted mixing DMSO with
MMS. Getting it in deeper - or actually quicker and bypassing the
digestive system. I've done cayenne off and on hoping that it would
somehow help with my claudication and blood pressure, but it hasn't. I was
very impressed by "Left for Dead" by the guy who went from almost dead
to shoveling snow off his roof after ingesting cayenne. I have done the
cayenne and lemon juice (without the maple syrup) and it wakes me up, but hasn't
shown up in the stats - BP, freer walking, etc.
What I didn't mention earlier is that I'm Type II diabetic but control it
with diet alone. Haven't even tested since going on MMS and suspect that I
won't for a while because I can tell my BS level by how I feel. Over the
past year my 1ac (a blood test for how much hemoglobin your body stores) went
from the very high end of normal, down to mid-level normal. I also drink a
lot of vinegar which has at times brought my BS down. That's what I use to
activate my MMS and I don't have a problem ingesting it at all.
