Thank you so much 76749, It sounds like you have a lot of experience in recovery. I am sure we will appreciate your support and learn a lot from you. I want to do the dmso but am doing so well right now with just the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement think I'll wait awhile. I think Jim says it helps get the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement in deeper as does cayenne. MW
