(laughing) Impossible to freak me out after that 3.5" fluke that came out!
Yes, they looked kinda like centipedes, except they were flimsy like the fluke, soft and gelatinous. And their 'legs' were longer than any centipede I've ever seen. Frankly I would have flushed them except that they were ~1" long, so I carefully picked them out and put them in water - that was the only way I was able to see the legs, otherwise the 'legs' folded down against the 'body' and it just looked like a worm or some sort.
Weird. But I was prepared. I've been all over the world and I'd be shocked if these and the pinworms were the only parasites I've picked up.
