hi torrie, do you know if this also pertains to yogurt? i would guess it does, but yogurt is so beneficial for the gut flora. i was also wondering if you would suggest other milk/cheese alternatives. goat maybe? although they are more poorly studied, i bet.

how about your experience, can you tolerate milk and have you noticed any difference after eliminating it? i myself am addicted to yogurt and cheese (although rarely eat any milk at all), and i don't have any problems with it but i know too much dairy is not really that good for you...
