Re: Is milk a chelator?

all milk products are bad because they are made from milk. Aside from that we should not use the milk of a cow because we are not baby calves, i think i heard that milk products make the body acidic. myself, i eat cheese sometimes and yogurt sometimes, but not often. the risks of milk products outweigh the benefits. you can go to the healthfood store and buy acidophilus if you need it. i eat many milk products, but try not to and don't eat them all the time. i have not drank milk in many years. i drink pacific food original almond milk. i use it for everything you would use milk for. but, really, if you want to know about milk, buy the book, milk, the deadly poison. click here
