Glaxony, I am in the U.K and am not sure which goldenseal product you mean. Would you be able to pick out the most appropriate one from the link provided below. That franchise has a branch very close to my home and is open 7 days a week, so all being well I could collect it early tomorrow morning.

Do you think that the effects would be noticeable immediately? Or did you mean with your dosing instructions that I should keep taking until i get substantial relief?
