Product for general "toxin" "cleanse" ?

Aside from "Colon" "liver" and "parasite" cleansing, is there any general toxin cleanse that's recommended on here?

I was thinking of ordering "Toxinout" from Dr.Natura.. (Although I don't want the other stuff, just the toxin out)

Or does anyone know of any product like this? Something to get rid of general toxins or whatever? (while eating healthy, going regular, liver flushing..etc)
