If you are skin brushing, liver flushing, kidney cleansing, bowel cleansing,
parasite killing, eating and drinking well, occasionally fasting, regularly exercising and living in a not too polluted environment, then you should be getting an ongoing detox anyway. But there are many herbs that are good blood tonics, and liver strengtheners. In fact there are many herbs that will help detox a particular system or help a particular condition. What are you most in need of cleaning? Sometimes when all the gross toxic matter has been removed the body needs particular nutrients or conditions to strengthen it enough to throw off the more subtle toxic substances.
I'm not really sure what you are looking for here, can you tell!? But I'm kind of curious, so I thought I'd respond to your post :D
That Dr natura stuff looks ok, but not overly impressive (to me anyway)... Is it meant to be good? I am not really into those package deal formulas myself.
Have you chelated metals with coriander/cilantro or similar? Got rid of
Amalgams and all the usual? Regular massage and yoga will keep the lymph moving well and combined with clean (really clean, not just regular) bowels, you should be in a pretty good position detox wise!
But of course, a cleanser's work is never done!
Peace
