Questions about parasite/colon/liver cleansing

ok, ive been reading the posts on this website also did research on the steps of cleansing my system, 1) parasite cleansing-i know there are different ways you need to kill off parasites in addition to the clark method, should you use the humaworm when you parasite cleanse, how long should you parasite cleanse until you further with the liver flush, and how effective is the zapper? 2)colon cleansing--i read on here that when you cleanse your colon you have to replenish the bad bacteria with the good bacteria in the method of enema, which i dont think i can actually get myself to do that, are there pills that you can substitute for the probiotics for instead of that procedure?? which colon cleansing herb do you recommond?? 3)Kidney cleansing--what is the best way to cleanse your kidneys besides putting the different herbs together all yourself, can you buy the herbs pills or are they less effective in achieving this? Please someone help me thru this process i feel like this is the only support i have is from this forum everyone i talked to thinks either im crazy or its all a lie. i want to make sure that i am taking the rights steps, also my memory really sucks i can barely remember what happened 2 days ago. any suggestions are welcome
