After just stretching and a good night sleep my left side is finally feeling almost normal, it is just a bit sore.

I forgot to mention before that last Saturday I had not only binged at a party, but also danced for nearly 4 hours. No wonder my muscle got sore.

Well, I appreciate your help. I will continue strctching.
