Re: pain in left side colon
Two things. Left quadrant pain. Upper left is where the transverse colon turns south to the descending colon. The debris and fecal matter have to slow down to make the turn and oftentimes debris gets stuck there. A bit painful but nothing serious. That's at the bottom of the rib cage, left side.
Pain on the left side by the hip is another slow spot when the colon has to pull back to centerline to line up with the rectum. Thus debris can accumulate there.
As you go through the cleansing process it's going to happen every now and then. It's either debris coming from upstream of that point or the actual healing of those points. And parasites tend to collect at the slow points.
If it's congestion here's what you can do. Stretch out on your back, raise your arms above your head and do a good stretch. If you have one of those exercise balls stretch back on that, not too far, but get a good stretch on the abdominals. Hold for 10 seconds or so and move around a bit. Repeat a few times (3-4).
You can also do the slant board. Get a wide enough board to lay on, elivate one end of it and put your feet at the top and stretch out on that for a while. Theraputically this is very good for the internal organs. It allows them to fall back into their normal position. I take my fingertips and gently pull up on the organs as I'm sterectched out.
If you're in the middle of a cleansing or debugging it's very common.
