Want to deal with pain more effectively and safely?

Hey you know Ive never tried motrin.
I tried aleve before and it was horrible. Didnt work, and I was too scared to take big doses of it as Ive heard bad things.
Maybe Ill try the motrin. Does it have something in it for PMS as well or is it just a pain reliever?
