I kept thinking I was almost there, just another round of herbals and ill be free. But no, after the insane die off of the first few days, it was just a case of feeling mongey after that.

Come the end of the cleanse my head felt amazingly heavy. Alright, there was no reaction to foods, not even high sugary foods (which was a bonus for office party), but my head just felt heavy and i was so irritable. I was lost for words, the cleanse finished, but my troubles were worse.

So i kept re reading old posts on this forum, saw one advocating the use of head bandages with anti parasite herbs.

Cue the closest I had - salt water baths.

Bingo, my head loosened up, I felt pretty good, but a bit off perfect.

Then the die off got insane. Cloves, iodine, vitamin C, selenium and even alpha lipoic acid seemed to be affecting them.

Now im here, with what feels like a blocked up ear and an strange, trippy, introvert feeling. Its got too be a good sign tho, and if it hurts those parasites more than it hurts me then im good for more. Tweet
