Reptilian Change

It seems that the powers at be know the capabilities of the body far beyond us sheep, would anyone agree that we can all shapeshift as we are part reptilian already, although since our powers are low we are unable to create the cahnge, all the high priests and government officials and royal families live in the creator vortexs, to "keep charged".
