Re: A Possible Precaution About Cilantro.

Cilantro mobilizes mercury and allows it to cross cell membranes, similar to lipoic acid (ALA). It is better to use cilantro with a chelator, like chlorella or porphyrazyme, or DMSA. Also chelators can cause adverse effects through redistribution of mercury while one has amalgams, so better not to do chelation with Amalgam or metal crowns over Amalgam in the mouth.
In such case, one should take lots of antioxidants like Vit C, E to deal with the free radicals released by the mercury which can cause many chronic conditions.
