One thing that has come up in the past is the idea that you should not OP on the day of a liver flush. The Liver-Flush instructions include eating no fats on the first day so that your gallbladder and liver can really push out stones and stuff, and even though we don't swallow OP oil, it still will send a signal to the digestive system that fats are on the way. (I think it is Trapper who calls OP a "mini-liver-flush" for this reason.

Anyway, better to wait until Day 2 to resume OP when doing the LF.
