what's the best form of cq10 for this cleanse?

I want to do CQ10 too, but am indecisive about the type I should take. I already have it in caps in oil, but am wondering how well it will work if I take 20 or so of those. I could buy the powder caps, remove the powder and take it with oil, but they're quite expensive (though worth it, of course).

Has anyone done a cleanse using the cq10 oil caps?


Btw, today I took a half-teaspoon of Palma Christi castor oil, followed by a large glass of very warm water and it didn't have much effect on me. I am encouraged to try a full teaspoon next time, maybe tomorrow, then increase the amount slowly.

I always wind up doing hydrogen peroxide enemas after doses of parasite cleanses or swfs, etc, because I know there's going to be more Ascaris and I cannot wait to get them out of me.

I don't know where to get ozonated oil without ordering online, but if it's important to the protocol, I'll get it somehow.
